- fixed visual glitches when both depth effects and MSAA enabled
- removed animation quality setting (misleading)
- capped maximum frame rate at 120 (can be circumvented by editing config file manually - not recommended)

- added key bindings for changing camera distance (previously hardcoded to + and -)
- increased crushthrough damage from 40-60% to 70-80% (test server only)
- fixed random sprint interruptions on flat ground (test server only)
- fixed a bug that could result in the new turn rate formula not being applied (test server only)

- tweaked thrust sweetspots to prevent dealing high/full damage right after being released (test server only)
