Oh, for sure! We will wait until it launches.

I'm asking because if we do, I'll buy it before the price rises ;)

If anyone is still interested in giving it a try on launch day (May 8th), the price of key shops keeps rising everyday.

I waited too long hoping it would go down. Its raising around 0.15-0.50 euro a day and I doubt it will go down to 15 euro again.

In that case if you're patient enough, I'd just wait for the first sale after release.

Nah I ended up buying it before it reached the 20 euro mark or higher (Steam 30 euro).

You get some bonus stuff if you purchase the game before it launches.

Hope they change or at the very least let us change the target lock graphic.

I'd like something akin to dark souls instead of a crosshair on the enemy's chest.

Funcom have a youtube channel. They post every couple of weeks an update of the game.

Today I saw their latest update which showcased the swamp and the new god.

Yeah, saw the update to the main game. Can't test the new zones yet sadly. People are saying that the new combat feels kinda like Dark Souls. Gonna test the new combat and features myself soon.

They said they wanted at least something to feel unexplored until launch day, so no new area until may 8th.

Yeah the combat does look like dark souls (Obviously not identical), it's the target lock crosshair what I'm not fond off.

PS: that's a server setting as well, admins can force target lock off, so if you really dislike it you can find a server with that off

Yeah it's good leaving something unexplored for the launch. I don't plan to really play much until release, only to test the combat and some new features for a bit. There was so much added and improved since the last time I played (about nov 2017) - so gonna leave discovering everything new for the proper release.

Gave the new combat a small test last week, it's definitely better but the animations are a little wonky.

I like it, it's much better than left click spam fest before. There's a fuckton of new armors too, I love how skills/perks and progression works now. Monsters/animals don't do no-animation attacks anymore, now you can actually read when they will attack. There's some improvements to be had, but it's much much better than it was around November last year.
